I really appreciated how honest the rep was. Generally I don't bring my car in for an oil change but every six months or so. I don't put much milage on my car, so didn't want to waste my $$. In this case I had purchased a coupon so thought I'd take advantage of it. The rep told me the company had been bought out but would honor the money I spent on the coupon. However, he also indicated that with newer cars, it doesn't make sense to change the oil every 3 months, better oil, better technology, etc. He was kind enough to check my brakes at no cost as I was hearing some "sqealing....boy that bothers my ears! Turns out the issue was simply some particles...brakes didn't need new shoes. I was very happy with the honesty and candor of the rep. I'm with him...hate to waste $$ not to mention changing out oil if it isn't necessary. Thanks!
