Staff are very friendly as well as knowledgeble. They may need to "bone up" on really old vehicles, like my 1977 pickup, but they did keep trying to find out what the problems were and get them fixed. Hurrah for perseverance. They are very patient with customers even when one gets anxious and a bit unnerved and huffy about what's happening with the vehicle.
