I use Friendly Car Care for all of my personal and commercial vehicles. Henry and Gina are two of the best people in the industry. My truck blew out a radiator after a heavy haul in over 100 degree summer weather. They had a tow truck come and pick me and the truck up on a Sunday and I left my keys in the drop box. I called Nissan about a new radiator for my 2005 Titan. The price, $1500 brand new. Ouch!!! They were able to get an aftermarket that was just as good for less than half the price. They knew that it was a commercial account, and they didn't try to take advantage of me. These guys and gal are trustworty and, like the sign says, FRIENDLY!! Go see them if you want honesty, fair prices, and unheard of customer service.

A $250 part replacement turned into a $1000 nightmare. I drive an '85 Ford Bronco XLT that needs a lot of TLC. Since I don't have a lot of money much of the work is done as major issues arive. This particular case involved my water pump needing to be replaced. During the part swap a rusted in bolt snapped, creating a commotion and prompting several phone calls to discuss the issue. I was hoping for a smooth part swap but my gut knew something was going to come up. I needed these repairs done but I could swing only so much money, and my hands were tied. The mechanic was amazing and was able to access the water pump and timing gears without having to replace the other parts, which saved upwards of $400 in parts and labor. Henry at the front desk was always informed with what was going on with my truck, and was in constant communication with me. Considering the headache that these old trucks can be, I'm grateful to have finally found a place that I can trust to know their business and know their skills. Bring your business here, you WON'T be disappointed!

They fixed my ac. My car is 15 years old and most people who looked at it, just advised me to sell it. I don't want or need a car payment when this car runs just fine (52,000 miles, original owner). five times it was worked on. It would last one month and then *poof* blows warm air. "I think there's a leak" I said. "Probably your blower/compressor/fan" the masterly man would say. Then he'd charge my Visa and I'd have cool air for a month. So after several recommendations from work, I try Friendly's. I've had the compressor rebuilt, the blower replaced, the fan replaced, and two of whatever this little think is replaced. I think there's a leak." Two hours later they call me and tell me "You are right. You have a leak." They gave me the cost and fixed the sucker AND gave me a YEAR's warranty on the work. One. Year. I waited three months before writing this review because I wanted to make sure the work lasted. And if it kept me cool THIS summer, it was praiseworthy indeed.

The name is so very accurate. I seriously heart the folks at Friendly Car Care. When I had my old clunker, they fixed only what needed to be fixed to get by, advised me how I could save money and genuinely cared. They never took advantage of me, and have always given me comprehensive lists of what my car needed without pushing extra work on me. They also advised me on what kind of car to buy when I was ready to get rid of my old one. Well, I've only been back for inspections so far. Thanks to their advice, I hardly see them at all! I love them so!!
