The folks I spoke with were friendly and professional. My oil change was finished quickly, and while they found a few additional services that they recommended, I didn't feel any pressure to spend extra money. I plan on going back to fix the small transmission fluid leak they noted.

Absolutely top notch! Matt inspires confidence and thoroughly explains how and why the diagnosis reflects whether repairs are needed or not. He is hands-on/eye-to-eye with his customers. I never felt rushed during our conversation concerning the issue with my car as he presented the options available. As I asked which opinion he would choose, it coincided with mine. This will be my go-to service and product auto center for the future.

I was in there for the first time yesterday and I was greeted by Greg & Matt. I went in for an oil change and Greg explain to me of what is needed down the road. He gave me estimates and provided me info to me that gave me full understanding. Found a new place for my car repairs. Honest & friendly

Extremely friendly and polite staff. They always make me feel welcome and get any problem fixed without the need to sell me something on top of the service I'm already getting. At other repair shops, I've taken my car in to get something fixed and I come out with three other problems I know do not exist. I don't have to worry about this here. I'll definitely be coming back to Friendly Car Care for all my maintenance and repair needs.
