Love it! I was a little sad that my.booklet was no longer valid however they still took care of me and also enlightened me of a safety issue with my car that i wasnt awear of!

- Great customer service, quite charming actually - Comfortable and clean shop/lounge - Quick reasonable turnaround time All of these things are important to me as a mother with a full schedule and a kid tagging along! I will definately be recommending this business to my friends and family. Also, this location is adjacent to restaurants so I can easily plan a service while grabbing lunch.

Car care is totally my achilles heel. I don't get it -- all I want is my car to run and to carry a bunch of stuff around. So when it was time for me to get my inspection done and my oil changed, I rooted around and found Friendlys. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I drop in, on a timetable, which is silly because everyone knows that you're gonna have to wait for a while for them to get your car in, then fix, then pay. But the guys at friendly's were able to get my car right in, do the inspection, do the oil change and pay right at $80 which seemed reasonable considering the addition of windshield wipers. Really nice guys, didn't have to wait too long and the price was right was I expected to pay. Oh and total bonus -- I didn't get the "we really should replace the air filter" BS that I get at jiffy lube every. single. time.
