It was easy to schedule, they did exactly what we talked about and I got on with my day pretty quickly.

I have been going to Friendly Car Care for a few years now with three different vehicles and have had great service, no issues, and nothing has ever been pushed on me.

I never actually dropped a vehicle off at this place but I inquired about a alignment and tire balance, this place lives up to the name, the gentleman on the phone helped me diagnose and look for other solutions before costing me more money and he was very Knowledgeable. If I needed work done I would definitely be giving them my business.

One word... JARED! He was honest, informative, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly fair! He went above and beyond! He made sure I was informed from start to finish, and never once "talked down to me because I was a girl." He gave me all the details, rationales, and options, ans spared no technical jargon. He gave it to me straight. What a refreshing experience! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Jared is awesome!! He is so knowledgeable that he can generally know what will need to be done before it is actually diagnosed... and he's usually right. Fair pricing and honest about how long the job will take. This is a shop you can trust.

Nice and honest people but can be a little slow though. Didn't feel like they respected my time, but they did try to make it right and I appreciate that!
