Made expensive repair that did not fix the problem. They are trying again, but I have to wonder whether the repair they made was necessary.

I have been a patron of Friendly Car Care for many years. Under Gregg's ownership it has gotten even better. I completely trust their feedback and although I know very little about cars, they always show me where the problem is so it is completely transparent on what they are fixing. They are so good about working out pricing options and reminding me when oil changes are due via an e-mail. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Many of my work colleagues take their cars there as well, which speaks volumes for their trustworthiness. Thank you to Gregg and his team!!!
